The Consulate General of Ukraine in Lublin headed by Consul General V. Pavliuk and the servicemen of the Lithuanian-Polish-Ukrainian brigade “LITPOLUKRBRIG” took part in the World-wide Environmental Action initiated by Ukraine “Greening the Planet” on April 10, 2021.
Three trees were been planted in Lublin, but they are planning to increase the number of contributions to the planet’s climate improvement annually.
As part of this action, the organizing public organization of Ukraine “Greening the Planet” is planning to plant 1 million trees in one day, including participants from all Ukrainian regions and partners abroad -embassies and consulates of Ukraine, and the community. The initiative is a wonderful unifying event, based on the universal values of planet’s preservation for our next generations!
The organizer of the project “Greening of the Planet” is the Ukrainian Charitable Foundation “Greening of Ukraine”, founded by Serhii Haidaichuk – President of the largest business club, which brings together Ukrainian business leaders “CEO Club Ukraine” and Hanna Krysiuk – President of the International Women’s Business Club “Business Woman Club”. With the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the State Agency of Forest Resources of Ukraine.
